JOY’S LAST BOW
With a new editorial regime taking over BUF, it apparently was time for Joy to leave the stage and make way for a hot new BBW, Titanic Tina. As shown below, our blond bombshell’s departure was handled efficaciously and with scant regard for what had gone before. Her replacement Tina was perhaps a trace less food-crazy, but otherwise not much different: to a lotta readers, the distinction between the women – apart from their hair color – was about as clear as the one between Dick York & Dick Sargent’s Darren Stevens. Perhaps new editor Howard Rich wasn’t a Culture Club fan?
