Once again...I cannot get into Dims Chat..when I try to log in I get....'Invalid User Name Or Password'...I think this must be the fourth time this has happened...and..NO..I did not 'do anything' to have this happen....makes one wonder though...hmmmmmmmmmmm

Does anyone else ever have this problem???

You're not doing anything wrong - the system won't allow those free email accounts (it's a security thing - lots of trolls and pests use those free accounts to harrass chatfolk). Don't despair, however - you can get help by messaging Miriel (see her post above yours).

It'd be nice if there was some sort of note on the registration pages so that new people understood why these email accounts weren't allowed, and instructions (including a link directly to someone that can help) as to how they can proceed. That would go a long way towards avoiding confusion.

How long has it been since your registered? I think after 3 months or something it dumps you if you haven't logged on. I have registered 4 times with the same log in just cos of that. Sucks though cos then I have to go around searching for a free email service that it will take:(

I think I might've been purged, 'cause I've been pretty close to losing it in the past, but always managed to sign in and save it, but I don't have the email account any longer and didn't get a warning. Plus I don't have an email other than my Gmail to register with.

Now, I have my pw saved in Firefox, I've used it hundreds of times to log in this way, so I know I'm not typing it wrong. No. I have quite a few. If you have one password for everything, then it's easy for someone to get into all your accounts.
