im' sure this must have been brought up countless times, but this being my only real FA outlet i have to mention it. I can't help but think of the possibilities of that show the biggest loser and the contestant that was voted off last night, Andrea. She was absolutely GORGEOUS at the begining of the show and has sadly sweated away her amazing body. If only there was a show with a reverse premise. Oh the possibilities. We could get washed up celebrities to participate. They're such media whores they would probably do it just for the free food. What is Martika up to nowadays or Erin Grey?

Just tape every show, then play them back in reverse. Works fine for me.

I still think we should get someone to do our own show

Technically, the "eating videos" available at various paysites kinda count towards that... Not yet ready for prime time, but commercial-free!

So Fatlane, what are good examples of eatting videos, as I have never seen any. Do any just leave you dumb foundered saying " Like how can she/he eat so much, and where is it all going" or are they sort of well thats a big feed but not a shocking amount of food. :eat1:

Most are about 30 seconds - 1 minute long. Put 'em on repeat for a "DANG! That's a lot!" type video. Otherwise, it's use your imagination.
I've got a series of Kelligrl videos I'm working on getting all the individual frames from... and she puts away a LOT of chow in them.
Not a lot available out there for free, though... Get a credit card and pay off the balance each month if you want to see the way the rolls roll when a BBW gets on a roll with a roll...

In my experience they run the gammut from, "Why are they even recording this?" to, "Wow, I thought that only happened in poorly written weight room stories." Mostly the former, but every so often I find something that restores a little bit of my faith in mankind... Wouldn't it be nice though if there was some sort've organization, maybe prizes, regularity, that sorta stuff? They've made gameshows out've everything else already.

I saw an early epsiode of Biggest Loser, and I thought all of the women were very lovely as their heavy selves. I don't know their names, but some of them were drop-dead gorgeous. It's a shame they didn't feel they were adequate.
The men were much harder to read. One of them didn't seem to even want to be there (he was cooking steaks in the show I saw, which I guess is against the rules?).
Still waiting for "the Biggest Gainer!"

I loved the Asian chick as she had one gigantic ass! Same goes for the last girl, Suzy, because she's got one majorly sexy hourglass thing going on now. Sad that it's now probably gone but I loved watching her jog everywhere during the show!

I seriously can't watch that show, for 2 reasons
1. reality TV is an oxmoron IMO.
2. Watching BBWs get skinney for any reason other then health issues is like watching people break stain glass windows. I can't deal with it!

You and me both, sister. It's the crystal meth of accidental bbw porn.

It wasn't pornographic for me! I watched to be "inspired". But the people on the show, especially the women certainly didn't help. Most wanted to lose weight for men or to be better role models for their children. They have such lofty goals in life.

wow, that sounds great! when and where might this video be available? will there be a DVD or VHS version? I am definately intrigued... I am one of the unfortunate ones who was not around during the Kelligrl days, and I would really love to see what all the fuss is about. :) Seriously, all the pics I have ever seen of her were great, and I am always delighted to see any BBW "put away a lot of chow" as you put it. :) Thanks.
Peace and love,

Personally I love The Biggest Loser. I'm sad that its about to end and watch tonight's show all the contestants that were eliminated are coming back to see who is going to be the biggest loser. I was sad when shannon left because she was so beauitful and had the prettiest hair but I guess they didn't think so. I really wanted her to be still in the running but they look wonderful they did this for their health. I know this is a weight gain site but you know people have to stay healthy and she had a daughter that needed to look up to her mom for a role model being big is not setting a good example for her daughter. But yeah it would be kinda nice to have a show about weight gain and see people who are skin and bones like Calista Flockhart or Lindsey Lohan Paris Hilton Giselle Bounchen Tyra Banks those could be the women for the the red team and the blue team could be Well I don't know about that yet but I think they really should make a show like that:)

I'm looking forward to watching the season finale tonight with my dinner of pizza and wings with salad and a side of cheese garlic bread. YUM!
I've enjoyed watching this season and love giggling at the guy who cries each week. I don't know what I really get from the program, but I feel compelled to watch it whenever I'm home with nothing to do. Then again, I've been known to watch the train wreck that is Wife Swap and pretty much decided never having kids is OK after watching Nanny 911. Did I miss the finale of America's Next Top Model?
I'd love to see a reality show with fat girls (please NOT Starting Over... hate that show).

Pitch for a new show:
STFU
Eight fat women share a house and eat what they damn well please and lead stable, enjoyable, productive lives while doing it. Each week, we introduce a wrinkle by having a diet advocate enter the house and try to convince the ladies to lose weight. If she can't convince them, she either eats a huge feast or gets eaten by the cannibal family next door.
Oh yeah, there's a cannibal family next door.

Could we please do this? If the Cannibals next door were also kinda plump I could seriously justify paying for cable over this.

Lol! I love this idea! Surely some TV producer must be reading this and know a great idea when she/he sees one? To me it doesn't sound any sillier than any of the other reality TV shows.

IMHO stealing, hurting others intentionally, lieing and the like make for not setting a good example.

Which is why we have the cannibals. To keep everyone honest.
I'm making some calls, right now. We'll see where this goes.

Doesn't he produce everything, now, by default?! :)

...I know this is a weight gain site but you know people have to stay healthy and she had a daughter that needed to look up to her mom for a role model being big is not setting a good example for her daughter...
I'm curious how being big is setting a bad example. I guess if she was horribly lazy and unhealthy it would be, and having never seen the show she might be, but the abbreviation made me nervous...
I also don't understand the health connection very well. I, myself, have lousy genes and if my weight goes up just a little bit my body decides to self destruct, but I've notced that I'm the exception and not the rule. I know peeps in the three and four hundred pound range who's blood pressure, blood sugar, and other vital stats are on point; who can run a mile, and regularly make fair to excelet showing in imprompteau sporting events. I think you should really examine each person's case individually before branding someone as, " unhealthy" *shrug* ofcourse I haven't seen the show, so maybe all these people really did need to lose weight. Whatever makes 'em happy.

I like peppermint tea and I'm quiet. I am considering going for a M.L.S if teaching doesn't pan out and I'm a quasi misanthrope?
