Page cannot be displayed

Question from a chatter:

Recently, when the chat page has fully 'opened' i keep getting a 'page cannot be displayed' message. It happens every 30 seconds or so, when the page refreshes. the same message appears when clicking on 'refresh'. It's been happening to me for about a week. Is it a problem with the chat page, or is it at my end?

(Two others are having similar problems.)

Our software hasn't changed at all, so it must be a browser or security settings issue. Keep in mind that with every "update" Microsoft and others clamp down more and more on things to make up for all the security holes in their code.

The problem might be that one or another update to either Windows, the ISP client, or Internet Explorer might have disabled cookies for this site.

Check the security settings in Internet Options, and allow cookies from this site on at least a per-session basis (if not indefinitely). That should fix the problem.
