Straddling, getting up and down, etc... it's not just like dead weight on your skull. I have done that before - full weight (feet off the ground) ass sit on someone's head, was only there for about 5 seconds, he was totally fine, but it wasn't the interesting squash/domination that occurs with more oxygen friendly varieties.

Here's a funny little story, well... funny to me.

A guy I was with... his first time with this particular activity, but eager to try once I mentioned it (he'd not really heard/thought of it?).
