Is it me or does this question come up like every few months or so? :p
As for your query heavy cream a change purse is the small indention in a woman's back right above the derriere .Some bbws have it some don't.

This is the dip often referred to as the coin/change purse.
Ned also uses the term for a fold in the same place where you could hide 2 quarters.

i have never heard this.
of course, i'm not interested in fat the same way some people are (not a diss, an observation) and so I'm not surprised.
I wonder if I have any named parts that I don't know about? Who wants to go explorin'? I'll even give you some flags to (gently) plant.
I want to come up with some funny names for my parts. The slipper. The...butternut squash. The CPU.

Thanks for the very strong explanation AM, the whole change purse thing has never been so clear to me. One would think it would be rather useful for removing something from a room undetected, shoplifting anyone?
"We have her now! Check her change purse it's got to be in there!"
Hehe, couldn't resist, again great pics AM, thanks.

and all hades breaks loose in my absence. I discovered and named this phenomenon... my sweetie Lucy Altman from Brooklyn back in the 70s had the original and best. It is as AnnMarie depicts it; but in a shorter, even-curvier woman with major back fat and bubblebutt, you can rest your palm on the shelf/'cave entrance' and curl all four fingers into there... oh my; too much too soon... where've all the Brooklyn girls gone? Or actually I guess I left the state...:( Looooooooooooooooooooocyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!

Saddle bags are the lateral swells on the upper exterior thigh.
Not sure why I talked like a personal trainer just now. Weird.

Saddle bags are most easily seen in a swimming suit that's too small/has too high leg openings and rides up on a big girl's hips.
Now how about the wonderful muffin top on the lovely big guys? ;)

All that is missing from this thread is John Madden doing audio on the telestrator:
"....and right there, BOOM! That's the change purse! That's the money shot of the change purse!
Al, I haven't seen a purse that would hold that much change since Kelligirl '99!"
"Thanks, John. Don't forget, Sunday Night Fatball is brought to you by little chocolate donuts. They're on Ann Marie's training table...."

If I had to place it, I'd shoot for the dewy triangular area that is right under the cleavage, but above the bra band. I think it's a seasonal lodge, but it still seems right to me.
