Hey everyone! My name is Justin, and I want to know how to get much much fatter than I already am now!

I think that getting my body fatter and more plump is amazing, and I love to think about my belly getting bigger! Can anyone help me?

I weigh 185(last time I checked at the doctors 2 weeks ago!) and I am about 5'11! Today, I had Steak'n'shake for lunch!( 2 grilled cheeses, 1 regular cheesy fries, and 2 chocolate milkshakes! Along with 2 cokes, and garlic bread)

I had remembered what I have read online(saying that to get fat, you have to sleep it off), so I went upstairs and watched TV for a few hours(without moving!) After a few hours, I got up to go to the bathroom.

It was amazing! I looked at myself in the mirror, and my chin was gone! I have a double-chin! I find it erotic! I love my double-chin!

Anyway, I love eating alot, and I want to get fatter soon! My belly is really starting to buldge, and my butt is getting more jelly-like!

I am FULLY commited in getting fat! Please! Can anyone HELP me? I am open to suggestions! My email is bellybuster815@yahoo.com!

Please email me!! Thanks!

It sounds as though you don't need any advice from us, unless I missed the meaning of your message completely.

I'd say good luck, but it's neither here nor there if you gain/lose/stay the same... it's just a bit nutty to me that anyone *could pose a serious question* about how one gains weight when we all know the causes and whys. (*there's a mod comment in there, the rest is just plain ol' me)

Read any one of hundreds of articles every single day about the obesity epidemic in America and if they talk about causes, do all those things. If they talk about solutions? Don't do any of those things.

Then, remember everything you've ever heard about things you're not supposed to eat, and eat them, and stop doing anything. Sedentary and eating... yup, that will help.

Also, most of the people here didn't gain weight deliberately or quickly, so if you're assuming that.. you're mistaken.

eat diet food (low cal, low sugar, low fat) along with everything else. I've just been reading about how those foods don't trick our brains and, instead, make us crave the food we were trying to replace in the first place. I found the studies fascinating, actually. They're makin' a lot of mice fat, in the labs! So turn yourself into a lab rat, as it were.

My belly has gotten ALOT bigger than before! My family is noticing!

Go on a liquid diet for about a month THEN eat like a pig .. that should do it.

Its a lifestyle change!

Add an extra portion, and don't skimp on the fatty stuff. Carbs, Carbs, Carbs. And Beer. Never skip dessert. Never leave an empty plate. Always have a midnight snack. Wake up a 4am to snack. Keep chocolate within reach at all times. Never settle for regular, Get Supersize, Biggiesize, KingSize, or Jumbo. Pepto Bismol is a Cure All. Popcorn never has enough butter on it. Mayo, Mayo, and More mayo. Anythings better with Bacon on it. Whole Milk instead of Skim. Find someone to eat with, and steal their fries. Slow down at the buffet, they'll always make more. Too Full? Sip some water and do a sudoku puzzle. Just because you bought flavored crisps doesn't mean you can't use some sour cream dip. There's always room for gravy. There's always room for Jello. Quality over Quantity never hurt anyone but their pocketbook. Tums are your best friend. Get rid of the belt and get suspenders.

Well, what do you mean "Liquid diet?"

Yeah, that whole Cheese-Its box I ate, it reaad 150 calories for every 26 crackers. So, the box had about 3900 calories that I ate. I neverfelt so full in my life! I loved it!

Yeah. I want to gain more! I know I'm not 185 lbs anymore! I think I'm aroubd 192lbs. My belly is now bulgeing when ever I stand, and even when I suck in my stomach it still sticks out! I love it! I shal wear my belly proud!

And my newly found double chin is now alot bigger, and larger.

I love gaining weight. I want to gain more! And more!

I hope some of you understand!

I second Fuzzy with the Lifestyle answer.
The same reason as to how people permanently stay within a thinner range of themselves.
Though should you balloon too quickly as it happens to some from the start, do you have a particular style of dress or able to afford similar articles in a much larger size?
Seeing some eye-candy take a pass as they naturally do not desire your larger form etc?
At times, turning a deaf ear to family or the family doctor with each visit should you see disapproving eyes between visits?
Wishing you lots of luck period.

Well, if you mean dress style...I usually wear jeans with a cotton t-shirt.

Some women who may flirt with you now, may not be as receptive to your chub, bhm or ssbhm form as some like the 'opposites attract vibe' which is natural and cannot be faulted for.
To avoid constant bickering, nagging with family, friends or family, friends or family doctor you may need to yes them to death while only thinking of your next meal.

Hmm...you make a good point. I don't knowany women that like me. Or that I think like me. I've been closse to some, but it went other ways from there.
And right now I am more of a chub. My goal is to reach 200 lbs, and then I'll set a new starting point.

And my family hasn't really bickered. My brother just looks at my gut, and keeps on walking. And my mother doesn't (or I think she doesn't) notice me getting bigger.

Does anyone know any kind of food that would have 2000 calories or more? Or would a weight gain supplement work?

Nothing better than good home cooked food.
Enjoy.
Though sometimes relationships are a fast way to 'blimp up' especially should someone's encouragement or cravings trigger your own. Going places knowing it does not feel right if you do not get a personal favorite to eat from there etc.

And could I get diabeties if I continue to do this. Again, Im not really that big...yet.

Family history definately plays a role in that.
Always good to get looked periodically.
Especially should you start to get more thristy than hungry over time.
Shakes can help though you may be cheating yourself as you get to already enjoy good home cooked food.

Hmm...you mean getting checked up at the doctor for diabeties periodically?
My father has type 1 diabeties. He has hadit all his life.

And although I love eating good homemade food/ resturant food...I dont mind drinking a few shakes just to get the pounds packing!

That can be passed down.
Hoping it is not.
Knowing you may have to make some lifestyle altering decisions either way.
Though best of luck, though it is more fun when with friends or someone else etc.

You seem a bit too eager, so this reply is with some relutance.

Foremost, do not just jump to what you or others believe is unhealthy, fattening, thin-society opposed food. You actually should still care about your health. Don't jump on how many calories x or y has, how much fat and grease is in this or that. Don't go grab a protien shake or whatever you can cram down to help. It's rather disgusting to hear, and not how one should ever approach the issue. You are not a pig here to eat slop.

So find food that you like, throw some good for you food in there as well. Here's the simplest and east way to put on weight.

First, when you eat, eat for no more than 15min after you start. This is not a race, however. Just a guideline. 15min should be more than enough. If it is not enough time, you're trying too hard or too much in the wrong direction.

Second, simply give yourself 2 to 3 hours. Perferably 3 till you're used to it. Then eat again. Even though you may not be hungry, you will find that you are able to do so.

Repeat this process several times throught the day in succession. Though, you may find yourself unable to at a certain point, do not push it. This is not a force. This should be simple, easy, and comfortable.

It's easy to get more than enough consistantly for steady weight gain in this manner.

PS: If you don't drink water, drink some while you are doing this. It helps to keep things regulated.
