Is it me, or do BBW have a better scent?

I've been wondering how size and weight can actually affect/improve the scent of a woman.

I've dated a couple of not-so-big women in the past (for shame, I know), and I noticed that their scent is not half as enjoyable.

Sure, all women smell better at certain times of the month, but big beautiful women just seem to smell great, all the time. Everytime I kiss their necks my senses get invaded by this overwhelming, sweet scent that drives me nuts.:smitten:

I can't say if its true or not but I think that if bbws are the object of your desire, then any aspect of them you would associate in a positive way such as; their voice, the way they move, the way they sigh, the scent of their hair, the sensation of their lips against yours, the way each hug is a snuggle however brief, the lack of cheek bones and visible ribs, how they squish a bit when they sit, dimples and not just on their faces, how manly you feel when you a girl lies on your chest, and how safe you feel on theirs. Well just my 2pence no offence meant to anyone if I haven't worded this very tactfully

Tom, for a moment I thought you were a mind reader, because the way you described their aspects seemed so familiar to me. Your theory regarding desire as an influence to the way we see or feel about women was a thoughtful insight. Not that I dislike smaller/slender/thin women, I just happen to prefer the real ones.

Girls, you should definitely take our word for it. I too like to believe you all smell sweeter and I'm yet to be proven wrong. :)

I sometimes think I smell faintly of just-baked bread, especially after I just wake up. This is making me laugh lol But it's true. I like the smell, it's nice. But it's kind of funny to picture myself as a big loaf of fresh-out-of-the-oven bread.

I would best describe it as fruity, but that's probably because the last girl I've been with had a body aroma that reminded me of peaches. And peaches are yummy sweet!:eat2:

That's a good point and I guess it's a plausible reason for the better scent, although I'm still curious about what makes it permanent.

Perhaps I should just enjoy the good things of life instead of asking myself what makes them to feel so good, but I'm curious by nature. :)

I take a very cold stance on compliments - if they're not true I don't give them. I've alerted my girlfriend that I am consciously making the decision not to say things that we can both acknowledge are exaggurations when it's in a serious context, because it undermines what I say that is completely truthful.

Therefore, I cannot honestly answer this question affirmatively. I've noticed no difference. I hope that saying so just serves to make it more meaningful when I say that I generally love BBWs, so I'd much rather catch a whiff of one than anyone else, not because of the smell itself but because of who it's coming from.

The purpose of this thread is to get different opinions regarding this matter, which I think is being accomplished so far, thanks to the variety of everyone’s contributions.

I might as well add some more of own. While discussing this matter with some friends last night, someone mentioned that sexual activity also plays an essential role, i.e. women who are sexually active tend to have a more perceptible and pleasing scent. This, of course, is valid for all kinds of women. But considering that my sexual life become far more active when I started to date big beautiful women, and that I never went back to other kinds of women since then, I wonder how it may have affected my perception of their scent.

I know that I take extreme care of myself when I bathe. From exfoliating soaps, just relaxing in a scented bubble bath. Powders, lotions, and even without going through the 'works' as I call my daily routine.

I find that I always feel cleansed, regardless of what my day throws at me.

At the Bash I had several compliments on my smell alone, and even more so when I was in a rush and I did the regular-Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner. Which I call the 'fast' wash as I do ENJOY to take my time *feels sorry for her future husband or any dates she may have in the future*.

But even then I had just as many compliments and I've not once felt myself smelling over-powering. Even more so when it comes to 'adding' perfumes which I rarely do.

Yes BBW's are the best what can we say? We're just that damn awesome.:kiss2:

I sooo agree with that. I am very anal about hygiene and cleanness. If I even think that maybe I might smell 10 minutes from now I am washing and primping. Smelly lotions, baby powder, deodorant, hair moose, cologne etc. If I don't walk out the room smelling awesome, then I won't leave the house, lol. Some women are weird about leaving without make up on....I'm weird about leaving without all my smells in the right place.

MAybe its just your mind that does it. Maybe the over all experince with a big woman is pleasant that you hold on to the scent. They say your scense of smell is linked to memory.

Cause I've had big girls on both ends of the spectrums as well as skinny girls on both ends of the spectrums. I have found though that a girl who eats alot of sweeter foods does tastes better, but I mean like fruits and such more so, not as much candies and that stuff. So are you saying that if I feel attracted to big women and all my past experiences with them were pleasant, and they definitely were, I tend to always find their scent to be equally as pleasant? But that would also have to be valid for the opposite; if I don’t feel as attracted to slender women, I tend to find their scent not as pleasant…

Fruits you say? That could explain why my former girlfriend's scent always made me think of peaches, she used to eat lots of it.

There’s something else I’d like to share. I didn’t mention it earlier, because I though people would see it as something ridiculous. Believe it or not, I could tell if my former girlfriend had been in a certain place, just by feeling her scent in the air. One day she went to the office where I work, but I was out at the time. She waited for a while, sitting in my chair, and then left. When I returned to the office and sat on the chair, I imediately recognized her scent, and for some strange reason, I just knew she had been there. I asked my co-workers and they confirmed it. That situation made me feel weird, like if I was a hound dog or something. Maybe it is ridiculous after all.

just kidding. i think a lot of fat girls pay extra attention to smelling nice and personal hygiene, i know i do. and most of my fattie friends do as well. as a big girl you have a lot more little spaces you have to worry about..

I have noticed this too, and I don't believe it's just association with something you find appealing. A sweet smell, very nice and I have found it lingers on your clothes as well...

A greater amount of female hormones perhaps, better hygiene, more sugar as someone has said heh :D all of the above, I don't know, but I like it.

well i remember when my girlfriend was 135, 10 lbs more than she is now, and i remember a scent that i haven't smelled in a while, however it has come back slightly from when she got down to 112. I was hating those days when she was 112, and i was sort of yearning for that smell again. If she gets back up to 135 i will definitely see, or smell, if she has that scent again.

I have to agree with you. I think because we are bigger, most big girls tend to pay careful attention to hygiene and smelling yummy. Most big girls NEVER want to be what some of society assumes we are...big, smelly, gross women. So I feel we take extra care in that area.

I've always been complimented about my smell. I'm big on perfumes and always have been. I never thought it had anything to do with being a BBW though, just who I am.

Strangers tell me I smell good. Family members and friends always say I do too. It's a part of "me".

I happen to be a guy who is very taken over by a clean shower smell / Dove shower soap, Not necessarily heavy perfumes on my woman.

When my wife was at her heaviest, definitely more surface on her figure at this time she continually smelled so sexy and she intoxicated me with the lovely smell of Dove soap all over her luscious body. It seemed that this sexy soapy smell lingered on her all day.

Who knows bit I definitely noticed a big difference.....trust me there was clearly a difference in surface area at this time!

I always feel like I am stinky. My boyfriend smelled me yesterday and said nope not stinky. I said...I'm not exactly worried about my upper arm stinking:p

He says I don't stink, and my sinuses are clogged all the time so I can't really smell anything so I worry all the time.

As far as taste I have no clue I am hoping I taste like cotton candy and gum drops, but I am thinking probably not.

I do use cotton candy body spray. I like to smell like food.
