Yeah, this is really great. I feel as if Conrad is throwing one heck of a party and we were all invited. It's been a total up for me.....haven't enjoyed being online this much since I discovered goth clothing companies, lol!

So, synthesizing your posts, you're saying you enjoy clothes with a high thread count?

I agree completely. It looks like people really like the new format. I post on another community board that uses this software and I just love it. It seems to create a more personal environment, and makes it easy for people to interact. Exactly what Dimensions needed. Conrad is a gem!!!!!!

In internet years, Dimensions and Rotunda and others are absolutely ancient. A face lift is a wonderful thing for beautiful aged things of wonder :)

This, in just five full days of operation. Phenomenal.

Way to go, Conrad! :D

Thanks, Saucy! Yes, so far this switch to the new forums has been far more successful than I ever dreamed. All the work (and quite a few anxious moments) were well worth it. I am thrilled with how everyone seems to have a good time talking about stuff. The pictures certainly add a lot; it's just great. I am not quite done. I want to add more links and pull the overall website closer together, so that the new forums, chat, and Dimensions proper are more closely integrated.

The 50% increase in bandwidth also worked out very well (touch wood). It's as if a bottleneck has been eliminated.

And as if all the new software weren't great enough, I went to Sacramento Raceway tonite and won my class, so there's another trophy on my fireplace mantel. :)
