For me, it's about 10 minutes to fresh cider and bushels of Jonagold and Romes.
Apples that dream of becoming pie or crisp.
Cider so sweet and appley, so good with a pumpkin donut. :eat2: :eat2: :eat2:

I think apples are one of the main reasons I love fall so much [aside from college football and holiday season of Halloween, birthday, T-day, and that lead-up to Christmas].

yes, yes! Apple picking season is upon us and a trip to Lyman Orchards should be next weekend. I have already had some early Paula Reds and the peak of the season will bring us Macouns, Honeycrisp (my favorite), Golden Delicious and a whole lot more. We make fruit salads all year long with whatever is available but there is no mistaking that the quality goes way up when it contains native fresh apples. The cider and cider donuts make it all that much better. Yes Yes!
