A new video went up on my site today! Just over 2 minutes of me running up and down the stairs in my undies.. Watch me jiggle all over and hear me pant and gasp for breath as the stairs creak under my weight..

I would have made the video longer, but I just couldn't do it- I was totally outta breath and panting from all that exercise!
