Hotel Cut-Off Date: December 18th!! Only 4 more days to book!!

Hotel Rooms: We sold out our room block and just added more rooms. Once these go, we cannot guarantee we can get more! If you need a hotel room, please call the Natick Crowne Plaza at 508-653-8800 and book your room asap! Our rate code is HVB and our rate is $85. Our rate is available for arrivals starting December 28th and departures on January 2nd. If you need a room before or after those dates, please email me at parties@superbbw.com and I will do my best to accommodate you. More hotel information is below in the hotel section.

Paying @ The Door: You may attend any non-meal events (dances//karaoke/ and just pay at the door! :) The only event that you need to RSVP for is the dinner before the NYE dance.

RSVP For Dinner By December 22nd:
(You only need to RSVP for the DINNER all other events are pay at the door)
We are going to go by the honor system this time instead of having people prepay. If you are attending the dinner please email us at parties@superbbw.com by December 22nd and let us know your name and any names of those attending with you. You will be required to pay the fee (the dinner is just $25 dollars over the $30 dance admission) for this event at any time during scheduled Hospitality and events before Monday evening. I will be at Hospitality on Saturday/Sunday/Monday and you can also pay during the Sunday Night event as well. If you are not arriving until Monday evening, please make a note of that in your email to us and you can pay at the door during the meal. Because the actual cost of meals is $40 (what the hotel charges us), this is a GREAT deal for you! You get your buffet dinner and full New Year's Eve party with hats/noise makers, etc... for $55 total.

Because we must prepay the hotel for the meals, all cancellations must be in by December 22nd or you will be held responsible for the full $40 that we are prepaying the hotel. Because we're using the honor system and it's only going to work if people respect it - anyone who does not show up or does not pay the cancellation fee for the dinner will be unable to RSVP for future events with Heavenly Bodies. We hope you understand why it's necessary to do this, and we sincerely hope it's not needed - we want everyone to come and enjoy the evening!


Hospitality & Registration Room: Please note that on Saturday to Sunday afternoon it will be in a smaller boardroom and then it will move on Sunday night and for Monday times to a larger room the Hamilton room. We just thought this might be confusing and we thought to mention it.

Clothing Swap/Sale: On Monday afternoon in Hospitality, we will have a clothing swap and sale. So bring your unwanted items that are in good condition and trade them or sell them. You don't have to bring items to participate, you can just shop as well.

There are pictures below of the newly renovated rooms - a STEAL at the overnight rate of $85 - YAY!

Click on Reservations and on the next screen enter the arrival and departure dates. Leave the room and smoking preferences as No Preference. Then click on the expand (+ key) button on the line which says Corporate, Group and IATA identification. This will expand and show a box where they put in the 3 letter code. DO NOT click the QUICK RESERVATIONS on our home page. This bypasses the group code area!

Please note that the hotel is newly renovated with beautiful rooms. This rate is unheard of for this type of hotel during the holiday season. We have sold out once and probably will again.

Event Menus & Descriptions

New Years Eve Dinner: We are still coordinating this and will post a full yummy menu soon. Please remember if you are attending this you must EMAIL RSVP - please see information above under important information. Please note that dinner costs us $40 per person and this is a great value being it's only $15 more for the regularly priced $30 dance. We encourage you to join us.

New Years Eve Dance: This will be the showstopper of the weekend event so break out your best duds. Many people dress to the nines - full gowns and suits. You do not have to dress up if it isn't your thing, but most people do. This will be just like our regular dance parties, except extra special with the fancy clothes, decorations and atmosphere. Admission includes your hats/tiaras and noisemakers, so don't worry about that stuff! Please note this is a VERY busy event, so for ideal seating, please arrive early.

Registration & Hospitality: This is our meet and greet area, where you can come to hang out with friends, pay your RSVP fees or just play a game. It's a great place to just hang out when you have down time and want to mingle.

Double Feature Karaoke & Pajama Party: We will be including by popular demand the double feature night. It starts out with Karaoke (we have some amazing singers in our group) and will continue into a regular dance party afterwards. Please note we are doing the Pajama Party theme once again, so put on your jammies and be comfy. You do not have to dress in Pajamas if you don't want to, but it is encouraged to and many people do. Please keep all pajamas to a PG-13 and NC-17 rating. Thank you for understanding.

Farewell Breakfast Gathering: People want to say their goodbyes and what a better way to do it.. over a yummy buffet served by the hotel. We will be meeting casually at 10am in the restaurant and it's pay on your own.

Clothing Swap/Sale: On Monday afternoon in Hospitality, we will have a clothing swap and sale. So bring your unwanted items that are in good condition and trade them or sell them. You don't have to bring items to participate, you can just shop as well.

Thank you both for the quick response. It will be an early evening outing, but you'll be in time to attend. Basically, I think we have take IMAX out of the picture because some get sick. But there is a premium cinema across the street.

I know some wanted a mall gathering, but I don't think we will plan that. People can do their thing.

So basically, I will get emails of those interested and maybe you can post here as well and see who's in. Make a gathering time/space at the hotel (maybe hospitality or lobby) and we'll head off.

I figure dinner and a movie. I know the premium cinema also serves food, but I don't know if it's any good, doesn't sound like it. There are tons of choices in the area and if we get a nice size group we can coordinate it in advance.

I can't make reservations at the Premium theater (or, apparently, find out the one movie that is playing) until a week out. They're showing I Am Legend now, and that may just be what is on offer then, too. Or not. I've tried calling, but I get an alternate busy signal/taped showtime message.

Seating notes: Leather club chair-type seating. These are wider than average, but they do have armrests. However, the armrests are padded and solid, so for the widest of us, it would be a "spillover" situation rather than a plastic-cupholder-digging-into-the-thigh situation.
Price: $18
Time: the show closest to 7:00 pm

Dinner:
I've made reservations for a late dinner after the movie at John Harvard's Brew House. You don't have to go to the movie to meet up with us here. The most they could guarantee me together was 25 seats, but if we have more than that, they could still be seated in the same room, just perhaps not at a contiguous table.

Seating Notes: Mix of banquette seating and armless chairs.
Price: Whatever you like. Anticipate 25% over menu cost for tax & tip.

It is less than 5 minutes' drive between the cinema, restaurant, and hotel. Those without cars can carpool with those of us with cars. I (and perhaps others?) would rather shuttle you back to the hotel than see you drive intoxicated, but you're walking back to reclaim your car the next day. Wading through snow banks. Dodging mall traffic. I'm just sayin' - plan ahead.

It's a premium theater with club style leather seats. The arms do not go up, but they're solid all the way down - padded, etc. So, there shouldn't be any digging in issues like with a normal theater seat.

I hear ya, Rowan. What I have to do is pick and choose which parties I want to attend most. The Halloween party was sacrificed for NYE and that was painful because I love Halloween *pout*. Now that I want to attend both Vegas and the Dims bash more parties will have to be cut. I've never been to a NAAFA party or Philly Bash and it looks like I won't make them this year either *more pouts*. Memorial Day might also be out (ugh that one hurts). The only "must" is if Berna, Carla, and Phil have another Jersey Mini Bash. Have to support my peeps, ya know. I might be forced to choose between Vegas and Dims but I'm saving my pennies now in hopes that I can do both. I know its tough but missing one or two parties makes the others more sweet. Not that I want you miss this one but if you can't make it we know you'll be with us in spirit and will definitely get extra fat hugs the next time around.
