What’s on your Thanksgiving table? This is the first year that I had to do all of the cooking myself. My mom is recovering from knee surgery. For years we have been cooking our holiday meals together. But I am so thankful that the whole family will all be together tomorrow to share this meal. I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Here is my menu for tomorrow.

Turkey
Salmon
Baked Mac & Cheese
Mashed Potatoes
Green Beans
Corn
West Indian stuffing
Cranberry stuffing
Candied Yams
Cranberry sauce
Rolls
Pumpkin Pie

^ Lucky.

Just the same ole turkey, potatoes and basic Thanksgiving Fare for me. Now if I were cooking instead of my parents... it would be rather interesting.

It's just Guy and me and here's the menu today:

Turkey
Sage, Sausage & mushroom stuffing
mashed potatoes & gravy
cranberries
butternut squash
green beans
corn
salad

And - the pumpkin pie with whipped cream.

Yeah, we're pretty traditional, but we like it!
