Hello,
Not sure if I should have posted this in the lounge, but never mind! My parents and I are looking for somewhere to stay in San Antonio on 14th and 15th April. We don't mind all sharing a room (well, i do!) coz with the state of the exchange rate, we have a small budget - $100-$150 dollars TOTAL. Am wary of the travelodge and days inn downtown because they've got many bad reviews (altho i do take these with a pinch of salt) so just wondering if anyone knew of any hidden gems?! As long as it's clean, basic is fine...we will have a car so need somewhere to park, but this also means we don't need to be right downtown...altho obviously the closer to the touristy bits the better!
Anyone with any insider knowledge of anywhere that might not be popping up on my expedia/google search?! Anyone who can vouch that the travelodge is actually fine?! Thanks all :)
