Everytime I come to this forum I see that from what yall say yall have some bodacious tatas. But me? Nada. I'm a solid *B* cup. Where are my fellow members of the IBTC?? I was gifted with a huge butt - but I somehow got shafted in the Breastal area.

So Small breasted ladies - where my sistahs at???

[COLOR="Purple"]but I somehow got shafted in the Breastal area.

Heh heh heh.

You know, I'm the only woman in my family that got my grandmother's big boobs. My mom always said that somehow she missed the genes for her mom's boobs and got her dad's instead.

I'm the opposite - C-cup chest I'm pretty happy with, but _no_ hips. I have, like, a guy's butt.

Well, I'm a small C. The rest of me is big and round but my tatas are not. If I'm perfectly honest with myself I would confess that I would be a B...and generous B but a B nonetheless. Either way, my breastestes are one of the smallest things on me. Some days I mind and some days I don't. When I buy a top in my size that was clearly made for a woman with Ds I mind. When I buy lingerie and my boobs fall out of the cups but the rest fits me perfectly I mind. When I see what my large breasted family members and friends go through just to buy a bra I get over that other stuff real quick.

I guess I'm what you would call buxom. I'm petite, but I have thick thighs, hips and a big booty. I've also got a great set of girls. So, in proportion with my body size the girls aren't small at all. I'm a full DD.

I never heard that! All these years of tummy sleeping has ruined my boobs!

Can I blame my breastestes lack of perkiness on sleeping on my stomach too?

YEAH that's the ticket! But I don't sleep on my tummy. But I refuse to wear a bra unless I have to - so gravity is my culprit.

I always figured mine were so small that I wouldn't have to worry about *the droop* - is there anything sadder than a *B* cup that sags??? LOL

*raises hand* I feel absolutely blessed to have a nice B cup. I've been complimented many times on them, so I ain't complainin. A friend of mine has DD boobs and she constantly gripes about her back hurting, men staring at her chest, men (strangers) grabbing her boobs or "accidentally" brushing against her, etc. Seriously, I'm all set.

Sagging *B* cups -- yes very sad!

And don't laugh -- I think this sleeping on your stomach thing has a true ring. While I don't sleep on my stomach now, I did as a child/teen - so I think I damaged my poor boobies years ago.

like my sister, herin, i am all apple... i consider my breasts unremarkable... although i wear a D cup, my girls look to be rather average size proportionally due to the fact that i (as i like to say) am "built like a man." my chest is one inch larger than my waist and hips (which are the SAME measurement)... there are no hips, thighs, or tush here... in fact, according to a standard size chart my bust is a size 28, my waist is a size 32, and my hips are a size 22... did i mention that my thigh measurements match that of a size 14??!?!?!?!?!?!

CHALLENGE! is there anyone out there that can beat my non-proportionality!?!?!?!?!

I'm having a lot of trouble following how one boob can be a 36 and the other a 34 when the number is your chest measurement, under the breast. Did you mean one is a B the other is a bit smaller than a B?? I'm lost.

From a guys point of view... this is a very interesting conversation. I don't think I've ever had a talk like this with a bunch of other guys about their dicks.

I don't think I'm allowed to condribute my g/f's size, but I have come across something interesting with her.

The letter cup size, for her, is actually larger then the same letter cup size for a woman who was 80lbs lighter then her.

So there is a Thin a/b/... cup and a fat a/b/.... cup. The fat one, seems to be a bit bigger. Maybe the way its calculated, maybe its the way the fat hangs more, I don't know, I'm not a woman.

Reminds me of when guys get excited by a 48A, because they think the number is the important part in 'size'... LOL

Well... a bigger number does make them stick out farther :p

That's funny because men certainly have no problem measuring their dicks, taking pics of their dicks, and talking about their dicks with random woman on the internet...Why is that, I wonder?

Well, I guess it makes sense that I'm non-proportional in the boobie dept. My belly is non-proportional too. The right side is bigger than the left. My left breast however, is bigger. I was looking on the mirror the other day and told my bf that he was dating the amazing lop-sided woman. lol He thought I was putting myself down and reassured me that I was very sexy, but I thought it was a hoot! :D I mean, it's the truth. I'm lop-sided! My bust is 56 in my waist is 62 and my hips are 61, but that's only because there's so much belly in front of my hips.

Molly and Polly were very happy B cups when I was younger...but after I gained weight I was always a DD cup. I have WLS...everyone tells me to say bye, bye to the ta ta's....NOPE; they stayed at a D cup. My sister calls me a bitch (jokingly) because of it.

Hmm, that was almost my experience too. I was a C cup when I was thin years ago...when I got fat I was a DD. After I lost the weight I seem to have stayed a D or DD (depending on bra size...I seem to fit into a 38D OR a 36DD.) Personally I think I'm not a REAL D or DD still; I think its loose skin that still needs to be tucked into the cups.

So, here is a question for the smaller boobed gals. Does anyone else have this problem? I own bras ranging in sizes from 44 C to 42 B or 44 B to 42 C...And they all fit! Is my body so oddly shaped that it can't make up it's mind as to which size it should be or is bra measuring and sizing more of a guess then an exact science?

Also, who has the best bras for bitty boobies and big bodies. In my experience smaller cup sizes on 44 or 42 bras very hard to find in Fashion Bug and Lane Bryant. I have found them in Walmart but they are just not pretty! Any advice?

I, too, was cursed with the proportionally tiny bosoms. If side boob counted, though, I'd be in good shape. Why can the power of side boob not be harnessed? Seriously, what's it good for? Nothing! It's just a pain and it makes bras uncomfortable.

My proportions are pretty weird. My hip/tummy/butt area is 20" larger than my waist. My bust is 10" larger than my waist. But the actual underbust measurement is smaller than my waist. Go figure. Generally, I'm about a 48D-DD - and on my body, that's quite small. I have some bras up to DDD so maybe I shouldn't technically complain, but the proportioning is still extremely off.

Anyway, the best place for bras IMO is Lane Bryant - if you can't find anything worthwhile in the store, shop online instead. Tons more selection anyway. They have 42s and 44s in B and C cups, no problem. They also tend to have some great enhancing bras to help fix the sag (light padding, removable air dealies, etc - even if you don't need the boobage, those air dealies are nice for support and reducing the appearance of sag), pretty designs, and nice plunging bras. If you're larger around, you can always pick up some extenders and make them work. I have a couple that are more comfortable with the extenders, and some that I don't need them on at all.

By far, LB has been the best for me (thanks to AnnMarie for suggesting it to begin with). I tend to have bras just not fit right with the horrid third boob syndrome (underwires poking out in the center) because they either do not fit well, I can't find the right size, or the wires simply come too far up the chest (not plunging enough). I've not had the problem at all with any of the LB bras I have. It's worth noting that the bras I have also have nice, wide bands on the sides, effectively containing the obnoxious side boobs and causing much less discomfort.

It's exactly the same for me, I have a terrible time finding bras which actually fit, and the ones I do have are a whole range of sizes: 38, 40, 42, C and D. The problem is my boobs are too wide for C underwires but don't stick out to the front enough to fill D cups. I'm short too, and I wish they made bras with half-underwires so they didn't go up so high on the outsides that they poke me in the armpits.

Personally I like Walmart's Secret Treasures (although they quit carrying my favorite mesh kind :( ) and their new tag-free lycra Fortitube ones, the ones that say with a big purple tag "the best-fitting intimates in the world" and darn if it isn't true. But basically I think the key to getting a comfortable bra is making sure it does not have a seam across the cup or scratchy embroidery, and making sure it is made out of something stretchy like a lycra blend.

While I don't care for Lane Bryant bras, I do have two of their corset shirts which I adore - that's sort of like a bra, since it's a shirt with a built-in bra.

I just looked at Lane Bryant online. They have exactly one bra style in my size (48DD) and it is ugly. They never have anything in their stores to fit me.

I'm desperately seeking a new bra as I just got a new dress with a keyhole cutout in the back and my current bras ride too high for it.

Hi,

Not sure if this will help for the 'key-hole' back design dress but you can buy a special converter. In my wholesale catalogue they are called 'low-downs' but are only available in smaller sizes. We make our own BBW sized version but if you have an ordinary Bra extender it would be quite easy to make your own.

Hope it helps

Hi Tracey,

Is bra sizing in the UK the same as in the US? Can you pm or post a link to the bra so I can see pricing? Thanks!

Carrie

Tracey makes an excellent point with the bra extenders! I'm able to wear some very pretty and feminine bras that normally wouldn't fit me, with the aid of these handy little contraptions. I get mine from Just My Size, but I'm sure you can find them elsewhere, as well.

Kelli, since you're a DD, this will probably help you a lot! I'm a 48/50DDD, and am able to wear bras with bands as small as 44 with an extender. The cup size is a bit more challenging, though.

Doh!

I should have mentioned this too... Its an adjustable strap Bra available in white or cafe au lait and we stock it up to a size 52G. The style is called Lara and you can wear it with the straps standard fashion, cross backed or as a halter - depends where and how the key-hole is I guess :)

You can see it here: http://www.beabea.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=417

Hi,

If you are buying a bra with the specific intention of using an extender (and it's a great idea if you can because it's usually much more economical!) you need to be careful with the cup sizes.

If you normally wear a 44B the actual 'capacity' (ie volume of boob flesh) of the cup of the Bra will be equal to a 42C and a 40D. If you try to buy a 40B you'll be overflowing and probably very uncomfortable. A 40D with a four inch extender should give you the same fit as a 44B.

Not sure if I've explained that very well but that is how the manufacturers scale their sizes which might go a bit of a way to explaining why it can be hard to find the right fit. If I'm not making sense (it happens - a LOT!) just shout and I'll try to explain a bit better.

There needs to be an adipose re-distribution gene, so we can move or fat around to where we want it :D

No, actually the number is the measurement around the back. The cup size is how far they stick out. So an A cup is 1 inch bigger than the back measurement.

I don't think I've ever had a talk like this with a bunch of other guys about their dicks.

I don't think that is a fair comparison. Breasts don't equal genitalia. It would be more accurately comparable to men discussing their pecs or muscles when try to get shirts to fit.

And men don't talk about their "dicks"? You've got to be kidding me. Try and stop them from talking about their dicks to anyone with in ear shot. It's one of the male gender's least endearing traits.

Now, if I wore a size 12.. i might look like i have bigger boobs.. but mine are not proportionate w/ the rest of my body.. which is ok cuz I really don't want them bigger.. however, perkier would be great lol

I don't gain or lose weight in my boobs.. I think they've been about the same size since i was a freshman in high school.

I've gone from one extreme to the other -- from very, very large to ... well, two tiny little mosquito bites :D I had reduction mammoplasty in 2002 and got them sliced 'n diced to a more manageable "D" cup. Then I lost 130 pounds, and I'd say about 100 of that came directly off my chest. I never intended to be this small (read: flat like a boy), but I'm loving it anyway. I seldom bother with a bra, unless I'm wearing something sheer. And although I know that men usually prefer more over less -- including my own husband -- the reality for me is that I feel more feminine this way, with my tiny little "B" cups (and I'm being most generous with myself).

Sigh....I guess the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.

I won't post my actual size b/c I can hardly find bras that go to this size; we'll suffice it to say I'm bigger than anyone here has posted, and I would love to be somewhat more manageable. They get in the way!! I could never play golf or softball with the set I currently carry.

Also, I had started developing early, and got teased mercilously in school. During phys ed, I would have to go into the bathroom several times during class to "tuck myself in." If you are small enough that it doesn't interfere with normal everyday activities, count yourself lucky.

My mother had reduction surgery done a few years ago, and I will probably do the same some time down the road.

I'm not yelling at you all who want to be bigger, I'm just saying be careful what you wish for.

Mine are not big at all and they get in my way! No fair. I also developed early. Never wore a training bra, started out with an A when I was in 1st or 2nd grade. Mom wouldn't let me wear certain things without a bra on.. pff. And kids that age are NOT the type to be around when you have bra straps on your body. I used to take mine off in the bathroom at school. hehe
