Stretch and Fun Movement Class for Plus-Size Bodies
8 week class meeting every Wednesday evening
Starts, Wednesday, June 24
7:30pm-9:00pm
Cost is $64.00 or $8.00 per class.
For VIP Members it is $40.00 or $5.00 per class.

DESCRIPTION: Beginners' stretch class with fun movement activities accommodated for plus-size bodies. Tired of traditional exercise classes that are not geared for the round body? Learn ways to have fun while moving -- exercise does not need to be boring or complicated. Safe and nurturing environment. Taught by Lisa Breisch, Club Round's previous Stretch and Belly Dance for Plus-Bodies Instructor. Suggested attire is t-shirt, sweat pants/shorts, and good gym shoes.
