Hi Folks,

This new style has just arrived and it's beautiful. I try to keep blantant adverts here to a minimum as I love just hanging out and relaxing with you all - but this is so fresh and pretty I cant resist showing you!

Bra's and Bodies go to a 52G, Briefs to UK32/US34 and Thongs to UK26/US28. Dont forget - Dimensions readers get a 10% discount off any full priced item.

I know this might sound weird but I'd rather see these on women more my size than a slim woman. Because their body is nothing like mine.

That's not weird at all, Em - most of us have expressed that same desire. The trouble is with the manufacturers, I imagine, who are hesitant to use plus-sized models. I guess they think we'd look at the images and think, "That girl looks FAT in that!".

Duh.

Tee hee, ok brace yourselves as you might not believe this but the Blonde girl in the middle of the picture is actually a size UK 12/14 (US 14/16) and is therefore classed as a plus sized model. I'll give you a few minutes to finishing blinking in astonishment / laughing in amazement / grinding your teeth in annoyance while you recheck the picture...

The suppliers of the lingerie are actually very focussed on plus sizes. They will only supply samples in D cup and larger and the display dummies they supply are all sized UK 18 (US 20) and a 38D. I spent a lot of time at The International Lingerie Fair recently and the vast majority of companies refuse to make larger sizes. Even the companies that do make them only produce a few of their most boring styles to plus sizes and will only supply photos and samples in a 32C which is even less helpful...

I do appreciate your comments though. I'm thrilled to have found a range that offers a good size range and I really wish I could afford to re-shoot all the pictures on a BBW sized model. Because BeaBea is still growing thats just not possible at the moment but one day we WILL get there.

I've tried to write a post here about three times now. But I just can't think of anything to say when a person who has a smaller than average (albeit very nice) figure is classed as plus sized.

If I had a nicer bbw shaped figure (rather than blob shaped) myself then I'd offer to help model them for free as we're both nearby. But alas, I look more like the mitchilinman than anything you'd want to see bra's and knickers modeled in! LOL

Awww, I really like that but for the use I'd get (a set of pics probably... don't have a boy to wear it for) I can't afford it. Poo.

Someone needs to design lingerie that looks dynamite on a size 30+ and really doesn't translate to a 20-.

Laces will be key, I kid you not. Back me up on this, guys.

Not just lace, but burn-out velvet too. It takes a broad expanse to truly show off the pattern.

Pretty, girly things, Tracey :)
