COTOLETTA ALLA MILANESE (LOMBARDIA)
4 Veal cutlet, one inch high
2 eggs
grated bread
butter

PREPARATION
Put the eggs in a pot and scramble them;
Put the cutlets in the scrambled eggs with each side;
Cover the cutlets with the grated bread;
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Once it's hot, cook the cutlets;
Once the cutlets are done, serve them within their cooking butter.
