I got a cast iron griddle recently, the two burner kind. It's like 10"x14" or something. It works great although I see no purpose for the ridged side and only use the flat side. Grill marks look pretty I guess but a good seared crust from the flat side tastes way better. I don't know the brand but I got off Amazon and it had several hundred reviews and a 4.5 star rating. Sometimes I'll heat it in the oven for an hour before moving it to the stovetop to minimize the hot spots that form over the burners.
