anyone know anything about the SODO neighborhood? Near Safeco field I think?

sure, what about it?
generally it's a pretty industrial, out-of-the-way part of downtown. i suppose there are probably a few condos here and there but for the most part it's non-residential, and as for bars and venues and whatnot there are a couple, but they're not my scene so i don't know much about them.
