I'd counsel you against "ASAP". Weight gain is pretty gradual, and if you try to rush this you might just make yourself sick.

First, Variety is important. Keep a varied diet, and you'll have less upset stomachs, better nutrition, and less chance that you'll get bored with the food.

Second, always keeps snacks on hand. Sodas, juice, and high-calorie beverages are a must too, as these are easier to sip, and can fill out the last spaces after you've filled up on solid food.

Third, try to eat a lot until your full, and then keep grazing to maintain the fullness. Gradually, your body will get used to the feeling, and you'll get hungry a lot quicker.

Good luck!

I am not a feedee but I've been gaining very rapidly (about 140 in the last four years). I would say No.1 factor was the fact that I started accepting myself fat. Not always loving it, but accepting it. In the meanwhile, I met a great FA (not a feeder). He hasn't encouraged me to gain, but he enjoys me eating and feeling happy. I started coming out of the closet. If people invite me to do something that I can't do because of my size, I say so (not always but I try to be frank "I am too fat to come to the cinema with you"). So above all is that I stopped being a thin person in a fat person's body.

Secondly, I stopped moving around as much as I could, partly because of a chronic back pain and partly because the more heave I became the more "lazy" I felt. I haven't changed my eating habits but I don't deny myself to have whatever I might crave. Whereas in the past I would control myself now I feel free to enjoy one or two or ten (it happens sometimes) chocolates. I also experiment a lot with cooking. So I am the one to eat the leftovers. It's quite common for me to bake a cake and eat it all by myself. And I drink about a litre of orange juice every day. I just love it. My new downfall is sugar condensed milk. I mix it with cocoa and pour it over batter cookies. I get more than 2000 calories a day only from this. I just love it.

Another thing is that I stopped wearing tight fitting clothes. All of my pants have elasticated waistbands and my tops have a lot of stretch in them. I basically went from size UK size 30 to 36 (us 34) without realising it. It's just recently that I felt that my clothes are getting tight but I can still wear them.

Try the condensed milk thing. You'll love it. Another recipe I've tried and it's extremely delicious is the fried mars bars. Each bar is about 400-500 calories and you really can't stop at one. I love having a couple of them for breakfast with my coffee.
