But when the assumption comes from somewhere out in left field and is totally pointless...
The original article states Romans was renting a room from Romero and they were co-workers. There was also a step mother living in the home. Not too untraditional as far as today's families go.

Hmm, you're reading a little too much into it. I haven't made any judgement or declared that X, Y, or Z happened in that house. All I did was point out in an obtuse fashion that the living arrangement was a little weird. Which it is. Do you disagree? I don't see many families with an extra, unrelated male living in their home, but, then again, I've only ever lived in Miami, FL and a small town in Minnesota, so my experience is limited.
