I have lots of candy favorites!
However, once when I was a kid, I got a treat that was kinda like a Reeses Peanut butter cup, but it has a marshmellow-like ooey gooey center. And I never saw it again...Until today!! When I was browsing thru the Cracker Barrel Store after a particularly satisfying dinner. It seems that the Russell Sifers Candy Co in Merriam, KS is making Valomilks again, but is having trouble beating out "BIG Chocolate" for shelf space in grocery stores.. and so they were able to get space at Cracker Barrel. I bought all they had! ![]()

It also sounds like Mallow cups! I used to love those! I haven't had one in years... it has a bit of coconut on the top, too.

A word of caution, however. They tend to get smushed, so if you don't want to get marshmallow all over everything, you need to ask them to check each package manually for leakage before shipping. They don't like doing it, but if you order a lot of them and are persistent, they'll usually agree. It's obvious when there's leakage, as they can see the white goo on the inside of the package. When you open it, it makes a huge, sticky mess, and kinda spoils it (unless, of course, you like sticky messes). The chocolate's delish, and the combination of that and the sweet, creamy marshmallow's hard to beat. I received Vermont Country Store's holiday catalog last week, and they had even more of the old faves in it than ever. It brought back so many yummy memories of my childhood, especially the ones of the corner candy store that had all that penny candy. Enjoy!~Bountifully, Fuchsia
