Default Xmas gifts for FFAs/BHMs

Tis the season to be buying crap for everyone you know, so thought it might be fun to have a thread where we share the products we discover that make us go 'hey, that'd be perfect for a FFA/BHM!' ...assuming we know nothing else about them personally that would allow us to find a more suitable/appropriate gift.

Personally I rather like this stylish mug:

Default Just thought of this....

Not so much a personal or romantic type of gift; but maybe a possible stocking -stuffer:

Seat-belt extenders. For anyone who's got big people in their life, whether for their own personal vehicle or to carry a spare in a messenger bag or purse.

One of two popular designs is compatible with many major models of common US & foreign auto-manufacturers (e.g. Ford-Escort, Lincoln-Navigator, Suburu-Forester, etc.). And the other one fits most others (Chevy-Malibu, Mazda-CX-5, etc.). I have one of each, and I always take them with me if I know I might be riding in someone else's car; and people are often, strangely, impressed by it.

(I can see how it would also be a convenience for anyone who's got any kind of mobility or dexterity issue; or, maybe, limited range of motion in a shoulder or something like that. Or, if you find yourself needing to buckle other passengers in. Just by putting the clap a bit further out in front of the passenger, more across the average-size person's mid-section; it just, even if subconsciously, makes you more aware to needing to do it, feeling 'naked' without it being secured.)

There is another kind that's, supposedly, universal; but I'm not too familiar with that.

I love the ideas so far!

Sometimes a present can seem selfish, but yet be appreciated. I had a few ideas along this line that a BHM could maybe give to their FFA partner:

- a gift certificate to a restaurant with abundant portions. (along with a promise to fully appreciate the meal, of course!)

- a gift certificate for a photo studio, for the two of you to go get good pictures taken (given how camera shy some BHM can be, I'm just imagining that getting couple pics could be hard some times).

- a cookbook that covers your favourite food indulgences.

- tickets to some occasion where the two of you will need to get dressed up all fancy (she gets to enjoy the event....and seeing you in a suit).

In theory, a gift for the FFA. In reality, a gift for any BHM that ever wished FFAs were labelled!

Man, that shirt SO does not work on their standard 'hunky' model. Couldn't they have dug a fat guy up from the accounting department or something, just for showing off that shirt properly? (unless it is meant to be ironic?)

On gift ideas for a BHM:

- a long handled shoe horn.
- trousers with a stretchable waist-band
- a long length watch-strap
- scales (that cover his weight, of course) that show the reading after you step off, so he doesn't have to try and read it past his belly
- extra-large serviettes, that will adequately cover him when consuming things like spaghetti
- Those pocket-sized stain removing sticks, for when the previous item is not available
- (I have no idea if these even exist) larger sized clothes hangers (especially for trousers)
- A certificate for getting custom formed insoles, to ease the load on his feet (if he gets sore feet)
- A bath-robe that actually wraps around him comfortably (because one size does not fit all)
- Extra large towels (because he has more area to dry off!)
- - a small fan that plugs into a USB port (if he works in front of a computer) so that if he gets hot at work from walking around, he can more easily cool off rather than getting all sweaty

Get a laptop cooling pad:

I am loving this thread. If you are willing to super splurg.. a custom Aeron chair, built specifically for his proportions (extra wide base with proper lumbar support)

I personally am buying smoked meat /jerky etc for my bhm friends. We exchanged gifts early and they loved it!

-Strechy belt that will shift/hold nicely between standing and sitting....
- Certificate for back massages
- cooking or baking classes to do together (like truffle making)

For ffa....
- cooking supplies (baking sheets all the way up to icecream makers)
- if they are my special someone a nice "gift to unwrap" would be old, tight clothes that i could literally tear off.

Actually very useful and a great idea! I don't need them in my car but I did buy some for the Airplane since the stewardess can make a scene if you ask for one or two of theirs.

I saw a t shirt in the shopping centre that was black and just said 'Does this make my belly look big?' on it in white writing and it totally amused me! If I had a BHM in my life I would probably buy it for him to wear around the house! x3
