Help needed to resize a photo....anyone? Bueller?
Okay, I am a doofus with stuff like this.......wanted to post a no makeup pic for fuzzy, but all the ones I take with my webcam are all too many megathingies to use on here....and I have one for my avatar but the User CP says the same thing.

Anything for a natural pic!
The best of the freeware applications is IrfanView It accepts all (at least all) image formats, allows you to crop, resize, flip, convert, scan, print, create slideshows, etc. etc.
