I have a queston for all the FA's here

In the "How do you know if someone is a real FA" thread one of you mentioned Belly bottons. I gotta ask. What is this thing all you FA's seem to have for BBW's belly buttons?? I don't get it - but every single FA I have ever been with has has a "thing" for my belly button. Can someone explain what the attraction is???

But also as eljay mentioned, not every FA I've known has had interest in them... seems pretty individual in my experience.

It's also how you'll know if a woman is really into being fat or is just accepting it. If she shows it off and encourages play there, then she's into being fat. If she'd rather you not go there, then she's just accepting her size and would appreciate you not fixate on it.

Of course, if *she's* fixated on it, then it's fun to fixate with friends...

Goodness. Then there is the "I don't accept it at all" syndrome. I remember it well. There was a young lady I was dating ten years ago who had broken up with her boyfriend and had, she told me, gained 70 pounds in a year. She wouldn't let me anywhere near her butter-soft belly. Not to touch it or praise it in any way. She saw herself as a "BBW", out 'n' proud and such, but hadn't yet reached the point where she saw her fat as something that might appeal to a gent such as myself in an erotic way. Mighty frustrating...

....depending on who is doing the belly-buttoning for which reason! I think it is a very sensuous thing...I enjoy my own, I know that (Did we mention that I weigh 305 pounds? LOL) It can certainly be uncomfortable though, if it is the sole focus, because that would indicate a more fetishistic desire. In the bigger context of making love, I imagine most women, thin or fat, wouldn't have much focus on that area of the body at all, so it would come as a surprise...I tend to view the belly as the center or life-force, so I give attention to it in women, be they thin or large...the more I think about it, it is a complex thing! I will ponder this, ponderously!

That's true. Esp, when there's a individual on this board that doesn't have a navel, and the FAs just keep lining up.

Oh I completely disagree there. You can touch my belly and all that to your heart's content, but I don't really like people sticking their fingers and such in my belly button.

First of all, some women (myself included) have a nerve that runs straight from the belly button to "another area", and it HURTS the other if you hit inside the belly button in just the right way. Second, it's just sort of not a shared orifice for me... sort of like my ears. Don't go sticking your tongue or finger in there either.

So, the idea you can assume someone's level of comfort and enjoyment of their own body based on where the don't mind being prodded is a bit off.

I feel the same way. I enjoy my bf touching my belly VERY much - I encourage it even, but sticking anything in my belly button is a big no-no.

This nerve you mention interests me. I wonder if I might have it too.

I've never been all that interested in belly buttons. Now breasts on the other hand, those I like. I guess that kinda explains my Jessica Rabbit fixation. I likes the jiggly!

I'm very much a belly man, but I have to say that its never occured to me to be specifically interested in the belly button. Indeed, its the area below the belly button that I tend to spend most of time adoring. Belly button is just there. Might just be that yours is especially cute or that its just in a general area where attention is being offered.

Belly buttons? This one is new to me. But then, I like large breasts, round tummies, fat upper arms, and nice full faces. So I guess everybody likes what they like.
