Default Gain in a week.

Is a 7 pound gain in a week too much? And do you think 10 pounds is significantly noticeable on 5'11 guy?

a seven pound gain in a week is an achievement....and don't worry, you'll never manage it next week as well!

Default What do you mean?

You mean I wouldn't be able to gain 14 pounds in 2 weeks?

I'm no expert on this subject...but, you may consider.

A gallon of water is just over 8 lbs. That means you'll gain 2lbs just from drinking a 32 oz Coke. I'm 6'1" and can fluctuate 5lbs in a week without blinking. And, no. I don't notice it except on the scale.

Sustaining a consistent gain of actual fat....I think that's difficult to measure without looking over the long haul.
