I have a BA in English, with a minor in Classical Civilizations and Biology.
Currently I'm working on my MA in English, the Lit route, but with a concentration in Folklore Studies. When I complete that I'll figure out whether I want my PhD in English or if I want to hop ship and go over to Anthropology to expand my Cultural Studies.

I study life. BS in computer science, minor in general science (specialized in physics)...both now a total waste.

I have studied arts, english, and business. Arts are always in my heart and english was fun cuz i could read a lot but business won out since it comes so easily to me. I'm going back probably next spring for my teaching credentials

I just learned yesterday, at the Arboretum, that Bonsai trees are an ART FORM- as in they are made to grow small by cuttings. I thought they were Chinese trees at first until I saw so many American varieties there growing and a posted explanation of what bonsai is

BA in History (twentieth-century intellectual and cultural history), which was a last-minute switch from English Lit. Going to grad school in the fall for vocational training as an archivist.
I absorb all kinds of random knowledge through constant reading, but these days I mostly consider myself a student of the human comedy . |

I got me some book learnin' but I'm probably most proud of what I learned outside of college.
BS with double majors in Anthropology and Sociology. I didn't get a BA cause I didn't meet the language requirements, but I'm pretty proud that after college I was able to become conversationally communicative in Spanish. Emphasis on was because I'm perdiendo the language every moment that passes. I wanted to go to grad school for Development Anthropology, but I'm pretty tired of Academia. I currently study up anything about organized labor in the traditional (unions) and non-traditional (non-majority unions, worker centers, populist movements, farm labor, immigration) as I can get my chubby hands on. (I sure do love people with access to university libraries and subscriptions to online newsources.  )My other hobby learnin' is about fat, y'all. I don't just wear it, I think about it, which is a lot of work. I'm tired just typing that.

I'm not studying currently, but when I was in college, I was taking all the pre reqs for dental hygiene. Though, I was taking pre calc just because I liked it, I had already met my math requirement. Sigh.... I need to go back to school!!

I'm working on a degree in Philosophy and Theology with a minor in Classics. I'm working on goin to grad school for Philosophy and getting a doctirite and become a prof.

Working on 2 degrees at the moment Social Work and Psychology.. I will probably end up getting a degree in Interior Design at some point since Im already in the Design field.

I'm studying Public Health, with the intention of joining the Peace Corps post-ugrad to do fieldwork in HIV/AIDS education and advocacy. I want to become a sexual health educator, and to get involved in reproductive rights and policy.
