Paysite Board RULES - READ BEFORE POSTING!

What is the plus-size paysite board?
The plus-size paysite board is NOT a place for free advertising. Instead, it is meant, just like Dimensions itself, to be a place where plus-size people and their admirers meet on some common interest. In this case, those who have a plus-size paysite may announce and discuss their site on the board (including links) IF they actively participate in the board with a) posts and general discussion, b) posting pictures on this board representative of what their paysite features, and c) address issues or problems that may be brought to their attention.

Those interested in frequenting paysites, on the other hand, are encouraged (in addition to expressing their boundless admiration of all that abundant beauty) to describe their experiences, both good and bad, so that the board also works as a clearinghouse, rewarding those who do a good job and encouraging improvements where needed. As on all Dimensions boards, cantankerous behavior and personal attacks are frowned upon and transgressors may lose the privilege to post. The same goes for those who fail to respect the rules of the board. And needless to say, this is not a place for solicitation and anything else that is illegal. Anything of that nature will immediately be removed and the transgressors expelled or reported. As for the nature of images allowed to be posted here, those familiar with the Dimensions philosophy hardly need guidelines. We celebrate abundant feminine curves and beauty and there are plenty of ways to accomplish that without resorting to explicity, which is frowned upon. Official rules are:

What are the rules for the plus-size paysite board?
1) All posts must be completely legal and cannot solicit/link to sites that provide illegal services.
2) Anyone posting here must contribute to the community via pics and participation in discussions.
3) Pictures posted may not depict explicit sexual acts or activity, may not show genitalia/nude mons/pubic hair, and may not show nipples/areola/"pink", or sex toys (either being used/fondled, laying next to you, etc). All decisions regarding the appropriateness of content posted will be made by the moderators with the intention and spirit of this board in mind - all attempts to remain consistent will be made.

a.) Comps and images containing simulations of graphic activity are also not permitted here and outside the intention of the board's scope. Acts such as "banana sucking" or the like will be removed. Any other situations along these lines will be evaluated by administration and removed if deemed over the line. All decisions are up to the administrators and all attempts will be made to remain consistent in implementing these rules.

4) Acceptable language: While this is an adult community, we expect language to remain in the spirit of the forum and similar in tone to our stated picture content guidelines. Feel free to express yourself, describe your sets, or sites, but please do not use graphic sexual language or descriptions (including, but certainly not limited to, the use of "Cum see me" or any use of that word). Posts with text outside of these guidelines will be deleted, or edited, at moderators/administrators discretion. Rule of thumb: If you can't post an image of it because it's not allowed, then you can't write about it instead.
5) There will be no posts for solicitation of votes in online (or any other) contests. If you are posting a regular update and would like to mention the contest in the content of that post, that is fine. Posts made solely to garner votes are not allowed. (see also affiliate and ranking clicks listed under "spamming" section below.)

No spamming!! (including flooding, affiliates, thumbnail traffic drives, clickthroughs, etc.)
This means no drive by posting by random internet sites who have no interests here. This also means that community members who do post updates should do so in a respectful, moderate manner.

You are not permitted to come here and drop off a month's worth of updates in multiple posts and clog the board and push all the other girls off the front page. That is not "fair" to those who participate here regularly. No more than 3 posts per day by any one webmaster/model will be allowed, and what is or is not "spam" will be determined by moderators/administrators.

No links that are just to increase rankings or make affiliate dollars. This board is not just for free advertising, so if you're not the model or webmaster of the direct content, or a regular consumer sharing links for the interest of the community, then you should not be posting. Please drop a PM to any moderator if you're unclear on the distinction.

No banners and or/banner-like share images!! (including banner ads in your posts, giant/obnoxious comps that contain pricing, blocks of text, etc. - the interpretation of this type of larger graphic is up to the moderation team under the guidance of the webmaster)

No plugs for Yahoo Groups or personal sites
The Plus-size Paysite Board is for those who have paysites. Please do not use it to advertise Yahoo (or other) groups or personal websites. That can be done in the Weight Board.

Are there any exceptions?
Well-established free sites (with their own URL/paid hosting,etc) that offer size positive content may participate occasionally as well. This excludes Yahoo Groups, free hosting sites (geocities, etc) sites, and various other photo album type pages (Yahoo photo albums, myspace, etc). If you have any doubt about where your site may fit, please contact AnnMarie and she will let you know.

No paysite links in signatures when you post on another board (never allowed in user titles!)
Some people use their signature to show links to their paysites. That is fine. However, if you have a sig with a paysite link, you must turn it off when you post on any other board. Violators will have their entire signature deleted from the UserCP.... we can't go around editing all of your old posts when your addition of paysite info then shows up in all your posts on other boards. User titles are never allowed to have a paysite url. There is no way to turn that off on other boards, so it's not allowed at all.

At some point I hope we'll have multiple signatures or a way to automatically attach different sigs depending on the board we post. Until then, please observe this rule.

Q: Many models do not show nipples on their websites, but some do in a tasteful way. For those models, in their previews if their nipples are covered with stars or something in the graphic is that acceptable?

Stars and cover-up graphics are tacky and allow to break rules while really just mocking rules. The vast majority of the pictures on the old paysite board were terrific without needing cover-up graphics. Almost all models have pictures that easily qualify without even raising a question, so I hope everyone will stick with those. (To be clear, this means any thing ADDED to the image that covers things that break the rules - images, text, boxes, blurs, etc. If your image is taken and you're holding/standing in front of something that covers your breasts, or have on tassles, or pieces of tape, etc... as your nipples/areolas are not showing then it's ok.)

Q: Are bare butts allowed to show as long as it is not explicit. For example, like a bare bottom showing but not an open-legged shot etc. Like legs closed but bent over showing a big bottom.

That's a good question. I generally apply common sense and general guidelines rather than strict rules. I don't hang people on technicalities. With pictures, I think fat women have a big advantage over thin ones because they can be pretty much nude without technically being nude. Bellies cover genital areas, etc.

In the magazine I was totally strict. There truly never was a single showing of a nipple or anything, despite the fact that we published some pretty darn sexy and alluring images over the years. On the paysite board I have been a bit more lenient and often let things pass as long as it was not "in your face." There is, for example, a difference between a head-on boob shot and a full body picture, perhaps from the side, where a bit of nipple so happens to be showing, not as a tease but just due to the angle. In one case it is in-your-face, in the other it is incidental. Same really with bare butts. A naked in-your-face shot is not what I have in mind, but once again there are many ways around it. Think of someone like Brie who has always managed to present her most prominent assets with dignity and elegance.

i sometimes enjoy posting the occasional pic, but i really would rather avoid posting on the weight board. would it be acceptable for me to post a pic now and then on this board if i don't advertise my personal site? i don't post nudie pics.

thank you for the warm welcome. =) i'm the best i've been in quite some time, but i'm still in south carolina, and probably will be for a while. i still want to go to college in illinois, but i'll be able to take some local classes soon to help build a newer and better portfolio. =D

i'll check out the main board. i wasn't sure if people posted random photos there or not. thank you =)

as far as my site goes.... well, it still exists, but hasn't been updated in years. i was working on a huge update, but before i was finished making/organizing the pages, my computer died. *sniffle* i do have a new one now, and i have taken the old hard drive out and put it in an external case, but i still can't get to most of my stuff because it was under a profile instead of "owner". i'm going to try to see if there is a way to get around that, but i just haven't had the time to really mess with it.

At one time we thought we'd make it to SC, but it looks doubtful at this point.

I guess there aren't too many pic posting threads there in general, though those who have done it haven't gotten any flak. Sorry to hear about your computer. I've had two meltdowns in the last six months and it can really hurt when you lose so much stuff. I've tried to be better at backing up now.

Anyway, again, it's good to see you around again.

Hi Lynn,

I think Tina's suggestion of the main board is the only option available. If you were allowed to post on the paysite board, despite the "need to have a paysite" rule of thumb, we'd end up with a rather large can of worms. I've already moved posts from wannabe models and Yahoo group girls, so I can't see how an exception could be made with any level of fairness.

I hope that makes sense, and hope you'll use either the main board or WB, with the new system, things have really melded together much more, and the extremes seem to have lessened a bit.

I agree, and it also seems that people move back and forth between the boards pretty fluidly, so you're going to get mostly the same people looking and and responding to threads across the boards.

Because the galleries themselves are basically full of pictures that Conrad doesn't want, I'd have to say no, not allowed.

Plus the link itself is really just a means to drive traffic to another advertising avenue for you, which is not an intended use of this forum.

I'm sorry if I posted incorrectly. of course my site is a pay site, but there are plenty of pics there for free, and I also actually like the fact of others getting paid as well. I do plan on posting regularly to topics I find interesting. atleast as reguarly as I can. I work two jobs and have a pre teen son..*laff* So it really isn't about advertising, although yes that is a dimension. I honestly like the fact that I can get paid doing this, and helping others do the same. If it is a problem I will not post my site again.

You can post along with anyone else here as long as you adhere to the posted rules and guidelines, which means being participatory, following content rules, and sharing samplese here on the boards with people. Your first post has been deleted because it shared nothing in terms of a sample, and only linked to your site which then brings up 2-3 hard core pop up screens.

Next time, share something of your content (within the rules) and you're welcome to participate.

I do plan on posting regularly to topics I find interesting. atleast as reguarly as I can. I work two jobs and have a pre teen son..laff So it really isn't about advertising, although yes that is a dimension. I honestly like the fact that I can get paid doing this, and helping others do the same. If it is a problem I will not post my site again.

I've placed a pic in my profile but its not come up yet if it will. I understand the rules and again apologise. I jumped the gun.
