I (almost) apologize for the double post I'm about to make, but I thought this merited both a thread of it's own and a post in the Hot Deals thread. As long as you sign up for an Igigi account by 8/13/08, they'll give you $25 for their customer appreciation week!

I don't really buy clothes online because I'm a bit hesitant about the right fit. I wanted to ask you your experience with this website. Are returns allowed? ANything you can give me would be great. I am a little clothing crazy at the moment. Even though I luckily haven't indulged.

The waiting's the hard part! I had my eye on a dress that was $60 yesterday, but when they sent the certificates, wouldn't you know that it's back up to $80?

Good marketing though. Will probably still wait, because I want it to feel like a steal! lol

I guess I'm not ordering through Igigi anymore.

Shipping to Canada used to offer both Express and Regular, via USPS. It averaged about $28 for me.

Now they only offer USPS Express - for $45 flat rate. Or UPS for $30 or $40 - but UPS means that I get nailed with customs and brokerage fees (of about $65.00 per shipment minimum, just for the brokerage!)

Luckily, Maximum Woman carries their stuff - but I always liked getting deals in their clearance sales. It's no longer cost effective - I'll pay the full tag price and buy it (or at least, the limited selection) locally, rather than spend the money on shipping.

Sigh.

OK, so I have never even looked at their site before, but had to check it out if they want to give me $25.00.

So, I made an account, looked at their sale stuff for about 5 mins. and found a white fitted undershirt type shirt for $20.00. It was the last one and the biggest one. So add the $8.00 shipping and I only had to pay $3.00 for the shirt.

Maybe it wasn't the most planned out thing, but seriously, a tight white top for 3 bucks won't go to waste.
