When the discription says 100% polyester - does it stretch???

I saw a couple of tops I want but if there is no *give* I won't be comfy.

I have a 100% poly shirt from them and it does stretch. I think most of what they have is stretchy.

100% polyester will not stretch. Only if it says something like 96% poly 4% lycra (spandex), or 90% poly 10% lycra (spandex), then it will stretch. But 100% poly has no real stretch factor.

I'm looking at yoru ebay store right now and I want 2 pair of leggings. You've got 4x-5x that I think will fit if they stretch a bit more. I am afraid the 5x-6x will be too big since my hips are now 73 inches. What is your best advice about which to buy?? I can comfortably wear the Romans stretchy 4X legging. Thanks
