Looking for another piece of art.

I remember seeing it on Altafat before it went down.

It was a pic of a big woman at either a doctor's office or hospital. He was shirtless, but her back was facing us. She had black hair and a huge ass. I think she was also smoking. There was also a nurse who was doing something and made a face. I think her hand or something she was holding got caught in the back folds of this big woman.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I remember the illustration. I first saw it on one of those sites where nurses talk about the stuff they've found in their patients' fat folds. (All I've ever found in a woman's fat folds is a little slice of heaven, but nevermind.) AltaFat is long gone, but crap like that lingers on forever -
