Ah, I remember the day I signed the loan docs and took possession of my first house (in which I'm still living)! How awesome that was - and still is. I love being a homeowner.

You're buying at a good time - low, low, low loan rates and housing lows.

I think this year is the fastest yet! I blinked and Alex is 10 months old! (well not officially till thursday) It feels like it was just Christmas time.

Extremely fast for me. This year has been very busy and super-emotional so far, which probably accounts for the calendar speed.

That's pretty much what I thought - I want this train to stop so I can get off (and it's been six months of job hunting now with nothing to show other than a few freelance contracts and a string of people out there who think I'm too qualified to work for them.
