Smile Negative comments turn positive

I was just thinking tonight about when someone say your coworker makes a negative comment about you being fat or looking bigger. Most people get super self concious and instantly start thinking about a diet or how they need to buy bigger clothes to hide any trace of fat. Me on the other hand when i hear someone say i look like i've gained weight or look fat in that outfit I instantly smile. I truly enjoy it and its great to watch the reaction on their face. They are definitely not expecting to see me get excited about what they just said. I can't help it i enjoy being fat and getting fatter thats just me. That seems to encourage me to eat more and want to gain more. I guess that happens sometimes right? I'm not alone in that am i? lol

Of course this rift is not always a good thing. One wants to say things like "I think you're so fat" in the beautiful sense, but 99% of the time it will be taken negative.

Even phrases like "beautifully heavy" don't cut it. I end up having to say things like "zaftig", etc. and the point doesn't come across somehow.

Now this is an attitude I wish i encountered more often! I generally avoid bringing up anything about a woman gaining in regular conversation though since it's likely to be taken as a negative regardless of how I word it.

I've always wanted to have a female, SS friend that felt this way. It's too often that I am friends with bigger women that are COMPLETELY self conscious, and it becomes a downer. I don't mean to be callous like that, but no matter what, a woman should feel beautiful! You don't need a man's attention

I agree that i think its always taken negatively and thats hard for the guys to express their feelings. I love being how i am and wouldn't change it and would welcome someone saying something about my fat

**BUMP**

Yes, I've had this happen to me. I was in a meeting with 40+ participants and the speaker, who I hadn't seen in some time, noted that another party had lost a good amount of weight and it looked like I had gained it. I just laughed, but later thought to myself that it would be so cool to fatten up taking other people's unwanted pounds!
