Default Size Question

Trying to get some visual ideas, but I'm not good with numbers.

In a RPG where my character is the size of the animated pic when she's at full size, but is normally shrunk down to the non-animated size when she concentrates.

As part of the plot, my GM is basically having her gain in permanent size about an inch per day until she becomes permanently the size of the animated figure.

Question: Assuming she is 5'4", how long would this take, and how much would that equal in weight per day, assuming the non animated figure is roughly a starting weight of 210-220?

I want to make sure I'm roleplaying this right and describing it properly as the game progresses....
