Default Life Coach - what to expect
Hi guys,

I won 8 free sessions with a life coach. He's starting his business and advertises via word of mouth, so he gave 8 free sessions to the first 7 people to email him from a local mailing list, and I was one of the lucky 7.

Anyone ever been to a life coach? What should I expect? I'm hoping it isn't encouragement to lose weight. Of course if it is, I can always leave and not come back.

In my (very) limited experience, the life coach takes his/her cues from YOU. So, you bring in your unfulfilled goals and the coach helps you attend to them (with brainstorming techniques, networking possibilities, etc.). If I'm wrong, get back to me, I'd be curious to know.

A gf of mine is a life coach of sorts and she goes with whatever it is you cue her with. She has helped me out in certain regards so go with an open mind and just be yourself!
