Honestly sounds like this is a case of not thinking outside the box. Sad really. If I had a girl with a big ass, I'd have oh so much fun...

Try suggesting he masturbate once a day, in a typical/normal fashion (you know, lube up some, yang hank, etc...), and have him do this for a month or so straight. His brain might need some adjusting, but from experience, the body can be turned on by anything. The penis needs to get some blood flow, and masturbating normally ensures that he won't damage anything. It may take some getting used to, but once he's able to masturbate to an erection and ejaculation normally, he should be able to keep it up longer and enjoy normal sex every once in a while.

Just like a muscle, the penis needs training.

That's my opinion anyway...its worked wonderfully for me so far

Urologist have found that some men have a more sensative set of nerves in their penis, than other men. For those of whom the problem of pre-mature ejaculation is mental, being hypnotized might help. If the problem is not mental but physical, there are now several medications to help with the problem of pre-mature ejeculation.

I've had problems with premature ejaculation in the past (strangely enough I started taking anti-depressants and that ended up fixing it) and I've never had an issue with ED but I have had a whiskey dick a couple of times, and in dealing with both I found that even though I might not be able to offer the lady pleasure from penetration other options existed, hands, mouths, toys, all kinds of things that can lead to intense fun in the bedroom even if the main member isn't working properly.

Back in the late 1980s, I 'thought' I had a problem with pre-mature ejaculation. I went to the urologist, explained my situation and did not meet to criteria for it. I was unhappy with my 'staying power' but was many times the minimum time of two minutes.
For some men, ED comes with longevity and, many medications make ED worst, high blood pressure, cardiac and, depression medications. I am only thankful that there are medications to assist with the ED problem. Pills, urethral suppositories, injections (into the side of one's penis), etc., anything beats the alternative of only being able to cuddle because of ED problems, which was what faced previous generations of men. Sure one can use other means... as NASA would say, "my digital secondary system and my oral tertiary systems are fully functional" but, if given a choice I would prefer to have a fully functional erection, anytime.

Of DFeSo, the dreaded ED... I was afflicted with this a few years ago. Of course, I went to the doctor right away. Without an exam of any kind, my doctor threw me a prescription for Viagra and told me to lose weight. That concerned me a bit, but I tried the Viagra, anyway. While it did induce an erection, which m wife certainly enjoyed, it was less than enjoyable for me. Yes, I had an erection, but I felt "detatched" from the whole experience. There was a lack of feeling and when it came time for an orgasm, I ejaculated, but felt little to no orgasm, which was extremely frustrating.

I went back to the doctor and relayed this information to her, but she then tried to chalk it up to stress or performance anxiety and weight, again without performing any exam or tests. Well, I found a new doctor who decided to run some tests. Come to find out, I developed a pituitary disorder that keeps my pituitary gland from secreting FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone), which, in turn, keeps my testicles from producing enough testosterone. So, now, I have to be injected every few weeks with testosterone, which isn't bad, it's just inconvenient to have to go to the doctor every few weeks. Instantly after an injection, my sexual response and pleasure skyrocketed. Testosterone, and not Viagra, did the trick for me. Not only does it help my sex life, it just generally makes everything better.

I believe the question posed by the thread's originator had to do with ED and sexual positions. In my case, when the testosterone begins to wear off, my erections may not be as hard or may become difficult to maintain. When this happens, sometimes a little more stimulation helps, but not always. My wife and I have found that when this happens, it seems to work out best if she's on top. For some reason, it's easier for me to maintain an erection if she's on top. I don't know why - maybe because I can concentrate on it better that way or somethinge, but it works.

I hope that little bit of info helps, but in any case, if any of you has ED or has a partner who does, please go see your doctor. It could be a sign of something a whole lot more serious. Besides, you'll be better off in the end if you get treated!
