Default Help a new guy gain

Hi I've been a member of Dimensions for a little while now and I've always been excited about the prospect of gaining weight but never acted on it till now. At the moment I weigh only 125lbs but I want to gain. Starting small with 10-12lbs at first but eventually moving towards a goal of 200lbs!

So what I'm wondering is is there anyone who could help give me some encouragement online as well as tips for gaining? Also I have a fast metabolism so any tips to help slow that down would be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your advice,
Chris

First, skip breakfast. This gets your metabolism down a bit.

Second, keep snacks and high-calorie beverages on stand-by at all times. Once you're full, you can keep snacking to maintain the fullness. When you're too full to eat more, you can drink a little to fill up the space.

Variety is the key. =o It'll keep you gaining in a more healthy manner, so you don't get malnourished or sick. You won't get bored of the food, and you'll be encouraged to keep eating more.

^_^ Good luck!
