Blackpool B&B Weekend

CurvyEm is organising a B&B weekend in Blackpool.

She posted the original idea on Fantasy Feeder, but it would be great if a few Dims members were interested. Taking over a B&B for a weekend could be extremely fun, and would also be cosier than your average pub meet. Plus, you wouldn't have to worry about finding somewhere to stay.

The venue is the Blackpool Fun House. It's used as a swingers meet once a month, but I thought I better specify that this event is not one of those.

It'll be a BBW/BHM/FA/FFA weekend for people from the online community to meet up and spend some time together for a couple of days. Drinks, a night out, food, etc. Good times.

The rate is £60 per night, per person. This includes breakfast and an evening meal. All rooms are en-suite, and the hotel can hold up to 27 people. Some of these rooms hold up to 4 or 5 people, so it's comfortable for groups of friends as well as couples and a small number who'd prefer to be on their own. The bar is unlicensed, so it's a case of bring-your-own-booze, but there are two off-licenses around the corner.

Their website has a page of available dates up to a certain point. So take a look and make suggestions on what's good for you, as it's obviously open to discussion:

7th - 9th Oct 2011 - Rooms Available
4th - 6th Nov 2011 Rooms Available
2nd - 4th Dec 2011 - Rooms Available (Xmas Party)

Of course, all this depends on numbers! There needs to be at leash 20ish people to make it a 'closed doors' event. Good luck with this, a few of us tried to sort out something similar a couple of years ago but it fell through. Hope it comes together
