She's happy because now they're together?
Yech. How could two deaths be better than one? At least they downplayed the 'heart' bit in this. What she experienced (which I wouldn't wish on anyone) was caused by signals from the brain. They didn't try to claim that the heart is responsible for feelings/emotions. It's merely a muscle that reacts to various stimuli--some from the brain (which is where emotions are generated). Still, I'm not sure what they were trying to accomplish with this story. What was learned? Must have been a slow news day... . |

She didn't wish Andrew dead. But since he did in fact die with her daughter, I find it not at all suprising that a parent would be comforted by thinking that their lost child wasn't 'alone'.
