My name is Leslie and my fiancee name is Matthew. We meet on AOL. We
meet in August of last year just after I got on line. I answered a
personal ad he had placed on line. We talked on and off for about 6
months or so on line and on the phone occassionally. We never thought it
would go very far you see he lives in Florida and I live in Michigan. I
then went down to Florida for spring break and we meet for the first time
and let me tell you the sparks flew. It was almost love at first sight
he was just so sweet and loving and treating me like I was a princess.
We then decided we would only see each other although I had to come back
to Michigan and he had to stay there. I have a year left of college so I
can't move yet. I then went down again at the end of June and he asked
me to marry him that was the happiest day of my life. He bought me a
beautiful ring that says to the world I belong to him. I of course did
the same for him considering we live so far apart it is nice to have
something that shows a bond to the rest of the world. He then came up to
meet the rest of my family in August and we had pictures taken to show to
the rest of the world. It is amazing that you can find the man of your
dreams or even the women of your dreams on line but it does happen. We
haven't set a wedding date yet but it will after I move to Florida
permently after college which will be at the end of April of next year.
