I was wondering if we are going to have a Secret Santa Christmas card exchange again this year? I loved it last year, but unfortunately due to slow mail from the UK to the US, then from there back out to people, mine didn't get to their destinations til after new year
If we are doing it, can we maybe start it in the next week or so, so that us inthe UK, Australia etc can get organised? Misty will you be doing it this year again? I would be happy to help out in any way I can, though being in the UK im not sure what exactly I could be a help with.
Anyway, now that Guy Fawkes is over, I am looking towards Christmas and starting to make my Dims card list, yay!
p.s. To those who don't know what this is... the last two Christmases, people would pm Mystical Misty with the list of nicknames of the FORUMS people they wanted to send a Christmas card to. Misty would then send a message to those people, and if they wanted to receive the card, they gave Misty their address. Misty would then inform that person of the list of people that had accepted to receive cards. Some people don't accept as they don't like to give their address out, even to one person. So then you would write out your cards, stamp them, then post them as a package to Misty with the each recipient's nickname on the envelope, and she would address and re-post them. So only Misty ever had anyone's home address.
It was a lovely thing and great fun.
