Hey there! I would like to know something about a good diet which will help me to gain more weight, but will not ruin my cholesterol level. Guys gaining issues.
Just do what you like to do. I always wanted to weigh less just because of the what-people-would-say. Recently I've realised that I'm totally into gaining. In 3 years I've lost 70 pounds, then my weight was around 200pounds, but I wasnt happier at all. Now, after a year and a half, I'm around...- bartolinho77
