Not the tax dollars argument again. That particular attitude is reflective of a person that has an underlying prejudice towards a particular group of people but instead of being honest about it their prejudice, they use economics to attempt to generate sympathy for their attitude.

Back to 230 lbs again.
Lost weight last year because I was under an enormous amount of stress.
It has started to climb back up now that I am slowly coming out of that stressful period.
230 lbs now, dropped from 251 at the start of the year.
Almost disappointing, I was looking forward to the scale climbing this year. But at the same time, being lighter has its advantages too.
I tried on some old business shirts that I could button up but were tight about 2 years ago and now I can't even pull the ends of the shirt together to button it up. Looks like I need to go clothes shopping again for an interview I have on Monday.

I'm at my heaviest ever at the moment, 251 lbs. Although I don't see it climbing too much more since my injury to my knee last year is forcing me to exercise in order to regain full movement.
Just when I was starting to enjoy filling out a plane seat too. LOL
