    Has anyone else noticed this

    I am wondering if it is me, or something local to the northeast. but I seem to see a lot more younger women/girls(late teens, early 20's ) who seem to have a very prominate, soft and flabby lower belly.:D Their upper belly is firm and round, but the lower belly has all the jiggle.
