For everybody who read Kim Brettingham's essay "Fat is Contagious" and wanted to play the same trick on airplanes & busses, she DOES make copies of the "book" for sale! Somebody said they wished the writer had made up "Fat is Contagious" books for us to take on airplanes and stuff. Actually, she did.
