I think the issue is not so much with bigger people but rathe with airlines who refuse to accomodate them in order to make a buck. It's easier to blame the fat people instead of the airline industry. Plus Size Yoga Studio
If you can't find that kind of a yoga studio, you might enjoy the DVDs that are made specially for larger people instead - they do include pose modifications to account for bigger bodies. I have bought recently "Heavy Weight Yoga" with Abby Lentz and I haven't really had a chance to try it yet...- Malutka

What do they mean by the direct health care cost of obesity?
Apparently they come up with it the same way they come up with most other "scary" statistics about obesity - they take "researchers" who have a vested interest in selling diet drugs, they do a flawed study, they exaggerate the results and feed it to the public. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc. What do you LOVE there?
There are a few items for which I would make a special trip to Trader Joe's: - chipotle hummus (love, love, love it) - corn salsa - polenta provencale (in frozen section) I also like their whole wheat mini pitas (they go pretty well with the hummus :). And their Indian (masala?)...- Malutka
