Okay, so, there have been a lot of times where I read a guy's dating profile and I burst into laughter. Sometimes it's because of a misspelling or misunderstanding that changes the meaning in a funny way, or he asks for something that is so ridiculous it makes me crack up. For example, one time a guy said something about how we live in a "doggy-dog" world. Snoop would be proud.

Anyway, I saw one this morning, and was cracking up over it. I don't feel like people who are bad spellers are necessarily dumb or anything, some of the smartest people I've known couldn't spell well at all - so it's all in good fun, I don't mean it as a dig at the person, some mistakes or statements just bring laughter, even when they don't mean to.

Here's one I just saw on POF:

"Hi everybody is looking for someone spacial.The truth is everybody is spacial in a way you just need to see the world from their perspective, on the on the hand no two people are exactly the same."

special --> spacial --> spatial

I think it's funny to read it as if he meant "spatial." Yes, dude, you are so right. We are all spatial in a way. Zen.
