Due to work, my family celebrated Thanksgiving today. I am full to the point of discomfort (I think that's the norm for most people on this amazing holiday..) which leads me to my question:

I realize there are women and men on this board who are active gainers. While I'm not interested in gaining, I was wondering how those of you who are, go about it.

Whenever I overeat, I feel gross and uncomfortable, and generally regret it. This may be a dumb question, but with the potential for severe belly aches and other things that come along with overeating, how do you guys gain relatively safely and without making yourself totally sick in the process?

I hope I don't come off as ignorant or offensive; I'm genuinely curious.
