Prologue

When a Kate Johnson, a special care nurse, is called into the manager's office unexpectedly, she is unaware of the life-changing assignment she is about to be offered. The Palm Institute is not a hospital or medical centre, but more a refuge for people who can pay to be indulged in any way of their choosing.

Ruth McKintyre is an extremely wealthy resident, who pays very handsomely to be as lazy as she wants. Expecting to be dressed, fed, washed and even pleasured by her attentive staff, she is shocked and then angry to find that her personal nurse Joanna, was nowhere to be found when it was time for her breakfast.

Seething with rage, she demands to know why she is not being attended to. Joanna, on the other hand, is nowhere to be found. Jean Price, the institute manager knows where she is, but for now, must quickly find a replacement nurse to appease the near incandescent Ruth.

It's breakfast time, and someone needs to feed Ruth her enormous breakfast. Jean Price thinks that she has the perfect match, but will Nurse Johnson be able to handle the larger-than-life Ruth? Can she resist becoming involved in a relationship that could see her become very fat?

A new story follows soon...
